Bases
Buskro bases heavy-duty, durable, and dependable! Both inline and offline transport bases are designed to achieve maximum efficiency and highest print quality. With the combination of controller, print heads, and transport bases provide ready to use solutions from anything simple to sophisticated.
Bases can be used alone or in combination fully interlocking to work in unison.
BK71B Transport Base
The BK7IB is Buskros premium inline base. Buskros 7IB has been engineered with recessed belts, high capacity vacuum pumps and chambers, optimized encoder mounting and a state of the art electronic drive system. These features coupled with its isolated tabletop, produce incredibly accurate registration for the highest level of print quality.
This quiet, robust base ensures years of reliable trouble free operation with very little maintenance required. The 7IB can be interfaced with most Buskro accessories including tabbers, dryer extension tables, friction feeders, ramp up tables, conveyors and is compatible with all print technologies.

BK76IB Transport Base
Buskros BK76IB is an affordable entry-level inline transport base that does not compromise flexibility or reliability. This product offers solid construction at a lower price point and a slightly smaller footprint than the BK7IB.
Designed with modularity in mind, the BK76IB is capable of integrating with a number of Buskro products including feeders, extension tables, ramp-up tables, conveyors, other inline bases, tabbers/labelers and is compatible with most print technologies providing a great deal of versatility.

BK60B Transport Base
Dependable Offline Transport Base
The BK60B Offline Inkjet Base is a transport system with an integrated vacuum shuttle feeder. When used in conjunction with one of Buskros Inkjet Controllers, the resulting system produces some of the highest quality imaging within one of the simplest and most efficient operating environments.
In order to accommodate various material sizes, the feeder is equipped with adjustable guides, feed rollers and differing feed plates. The transport section is equipped with vacuum assisted tabletop belts and material guides to reduce material skew and an electronic variable pitch control that regulates belt movement to adjust to the material size.
BK425 Feeder Base
Feeder and Transport Base All In One!
The BK425 Feeder Base is a mailpiece feeding and transportation system comprised of a feeder station that is controlled by a centrally located operator control panel.
The feeder, capable of separating and dispensing a wide variety of mailpieces from single sheets to publications, is a vacuum shuttle style equipped with adjustable side and rear guides to accomodate various mailpiece sizes.
All these features, in addition to the manufacturing quality and innovative product design add up to an extremely functional feeder base capable of years of reliable, trouble-free operation.
